This Programme Is For You If:
- You have a neurological impairment and you have either of the neurological diagnoses
- Incomplete spinal cord
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Stroke
- Head Injury
- Transverse Myelitis
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Cerebral Palsy
- You have weakness in your shoulder, elbow and or arm and you would like guidance on what strengthening exercises could help
- You have difficulty reaching your arm overhead by yourself
- You have difficulty lifting or carrying objects with both arms
- You enjoy body weight work prior to your injury and now you are not sure what exercises would be good to do
- You are exercising and working on arm strength but you are worried that you are doing the wrong exercises or worried about your technique
- You are able to put weight through your wrist, hand and work on your hands and knees for some of the exercises
- You have been discharged by your physiotherapist and you want to continue to improve
- You would like guidance with which exercises are beneficial for you to do and which are not
- You have a personal trainer for some 1-2-1 work but you would like to have a program of exercises that you can do by yourself at home, on holiday or in the gym independently
